PacifIC is a noise
analyzer for high performance digital CMOS ICs. It
exhaustively analyzes the impact of noise on the functionality of
digital circuits by analyzing all major sources of noise acting
together in the worst allowable way. Noise sources
considered include cross coupling noise, charge sharing noise and
supply noise. 
PacifIC
was used for noise immunity validation of AMD's K6-3
