Crosstalk Analysis
CeltIC
is a crosstalk analyzer that calculates the impact of coupling
noise on the delay and functionality of cell based designs. CeltIC
integrates into the cell-based design flow by fixing noise
problems after Place & Route and sending delay changes to
static timing analysis tools.
